Rethinking Modern Chinese Elites – From Print to Computational Methods: Sources, Languages, and Interdisciplinarity 

The ERC ENP-China Project [https://www.enpchina.eu/] is hosting a three-day international conference from June 10-12, 2024, bringing together over 30 researchers from various disciplines. Many of these researchers are world-renowned experts in their fields.

 

The conference aims to provide a platform for intellectual exchange and collaboration, fostering innovative ideas on the theme of “Rethinking Modern Chinese Elites.” Participants will explore and present diverse perspectives, methodologies, and empirical approaches related to the study of elites in China. This interdisciplinary gathering offers a unique opportunity to engage with scholars from around the world and contribute to the advancement of knowledge on modern China.

 

Conference venue: Le Cube (Plateau et Room 201)

Registration: Attendance is free and open to the public, but registration is recommended.
